Elijah began his career as an accountant at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, a leading securities litigation law firm, where he developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and transactional support. He later joined Abode Communities on its asset management platform, one of California’s leading affordable housing developers, where he built deep expertise in asset management, complex capital structures, and public-private financing frameworks. Elijah’s leadership anchors the firm’s operational rigor, ensuring consistent execution and positioning O Street Group to drive durable performance and scale portfolios across market cycles.
JASMINE MURRAY BRUCE
Michael Onyemaobi is a Partner at O Street Group, where he leads the firm’s investment sales platform and oversees client relationships, transaction origination, and advisory execution. He advises investors across mixed-density residential assets, including multifamily and single-family housing, with a focus on disciplined underwriting and strategic positioning.
Michael began his career as an analyst at OnSiteIQ, where he built institutional client relationships in support of ground-up development projects across the Pacific Southwest. He later became a top-producing associate at Revel Real Estate before joining Compass, where he launched O Street Group as an investment sales and advisory platform. His work is grounded in long-term client relationships, thoughtful deal structuring, and consistent execution across market cycles.
