Michael leads O Street Group’s strategic direction and oversees overall platform growth. With over $25M in completed transactions across multifamily, land, and redevelopment assets, he brings deep expertise in sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment opportunities. Prior to founding O Street Group, Michael held roles at OnSiteIQ, where he built an $80M+ ground-up development pipeline by establishing relationships with institutional developers nationwide. He later became a top-producing agent at Revel Real Estate before joining Compass to launch O Street Group as a sales and advisory platform. He now focuses on scaling the firm toward $100M+ in investment sales while laying the foundation for long-term vertical integration.
Elijah leads O Street Group’s capital markets division, overseeing financial strategy, underwriting, and investor partnerships. With direct responsibility for a $250M+ multifamily portfolio, he brings a rigorous, institutional approach to asset performance, capital structuring, and value optimization. His background at Abode Communities—one of California’s leading affordable housing developers, equipped him with deep expertise in capital markets advisory, managing complex capital stacks, and navigating public-private financing frameworks. Elijah’s leadership anchors the firm’s financial discipline and fuels its ability to support institutional investors and scale their pipelines across market cycles.
